I was fortunate to afford an internship opportunity to work for a senator in Washington, D.C. because of a scholarship I’ve received through the College of Liberal Arts. That internship experience then became a full-time job where I served another prominent senator. I strongly believe in giving back and investing in our fellow brothers through a similar scholarship program so that they can focus on becoming future leaders and not have to worry about how to afford their tuition or the unpaid internship experience that they need to succeed.

I was fortunate enough to receive a scholarship during my four years at Rochester Institute of Technology, less financial burdens so I could focus on my studies. I have received several honors including Outstanding Undergraduate Scholar and Summa Cum Laude. All of this leads me to receive guarantee of minimum 20% merit scholarship for my Masters studies. Small donation does make a big difference in somebody’s financial situation!

I was blessed to receive scholarships from the National Technical Institute for the Deaf. Because of the scholarships, it made my education way more financially possible. With that, I had the opportunity to be involved on campus as a fraternity brother, Senior Resident Advisor, and ASL Consultant. I had received two different internship opportunities because of the education and network at Rochester Institute of Technology
